My headlights have yellow discoloration on them, probably because they are 6 years old. Is there any way to polish them back to a more white luster?

I had the same prob on my 95 when I bought it i just used Blue Magic metal polish it took off the yellow from the headlights, it also works on paint scrapes from other cars <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wink.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='
