yes its cheaper (and cleaner)to get another one but still
this forum is supposedly full of 240sx lovers but its hard to tell sometimes

KBB says its worth 1,500 in good condition, 1700 in perfect.

It has a new motor and lots of new stuff but 3 grand is deff to much I think.

grump, just be patient, there was a 91 on a lot near me not too long ago. There really aren't too many 240's in the area i'll agree to that one, i've never pssed another s14 while i was on the road with my own. I sat on my money for 2 months before i found my car

Bro...I'd try to find a better chassis unless you own or are good buddies with an auto repair shop. The frame work you are gonna have to do is pulling the core support and possibly the left frame rail. After that you will have to repair the inner fenders and replace both fenders, hood, lighting mounts, ect...

So, if you're up for the work...the conversion is a great alternative, but there's still a lot of work to do before that can get there!

HEY from a personal stand point. i messed up my car. and thats kinda what mine looks like.and i have a buyer for my car for 500and 600dollars. but i got an estemate. and it looks like youll have to replace the radiator support,fender(like the big peice on the inside) and if there are any kinks or "wrinkles" youll have to replace that. but this is what a collision place told me. like you cant just pull everything. but good luck

Alright well got the dirt on the red 240sx the one for 3000$

Brand new clutch and a lot of other parts as he listed.

I talked him down to $2200, the extra parts that come with it are

fenders,headlights,bumper,interior panels,dashboard etc. all from the same gen 240.

He lives like 5 minutes away so iam going to check it ASAP.

Hey guys I think i have one too but not sure.. posted in the wrong place first time so here it goes...

Just wanted some advice before I consider this car fully. I found a Nissan 240sx 1990 coupe and here are the details that were posted for it. I asked the guy and its a tow company place and so i think the car is a lien sale. Any advice on these kind of deals are the good or should i stay away completely? I mean i know to check the body for rust and all. Black 2dr, 2.4 liter 4cyl Automatic, 12/06 reg, 185k miles, looks, runs & drives fine, fotos available. O and he wants 900. Thanks guys looking forward to some help here.

the money you spend on fixing that to make it even decent, you would be up to buying a nice condition s13.
if this was the year 2031 and 240s are mega rare, then it might be worth it.
