I would retighten the head to make sure it cam down evenly. Also, make sure you don't tighten the individual bolts down all at once.
You should follow the sequence and tighten the bolts down to 30% of the specified torque value. Start the sequence all over again, torque down to 60%. Finally, follow sequence again, this time tightening down all bolts to their recommended value.
NOTE: I believe the stock bolts are liable to stretch so that after a couple of times the recommended torque values will NOT tighten the head down properly. Buy new bolts or a set of ARP studs.
As far as the cam brackets are concerned, I fail at posting a decent picture of the FSM page, but the tightening order and torque values are located on page EM-28 (PDF page 65) of the S14 SR20DET FSM.
