ka24 sohc problems

So as im driving along my engine jerks violently if i let off the gas, but if i press on the gas its smooths out, and as long as im giving it gas, it is smooth...if im just cruising at a steady speed it doesnt jerk as bad but still does, if i go full throttle it blows white smoke sometimes, then sometimes it blows black smoke, it also stalls a lot when as its warming up, i think it may have something to do with the m.a.f, but im new to these...ANY help would be awesome, if you need more info or have questions just ask...

thanks
myles

well im not losing any oil, thats where im confused, it has something to do with it running extremely lean or rich, it seems like it cant make up its mind, and i already check all my spark plugs and everything checks out ok...haha, im saving up for the sr20, but i need atleast a car that runs right now...

How many miles you have on it. It may be time to re install the plugs. new ones don't cost too much. NGK platinums

Do a full tune up (spark, wires, cap, injector cleaner (or new injectors) clean the maf, clean the throttle, iacv etc etc)
