s14 jdm kouki front end headlight question

I have a S14 zenki with a jdm kouki front end. The problem Im having is one of the bumper (corner) lights fell off so I have the infamous hyperblinkers now. What im trying to try to do is basically use the corner lights on the headlights instead of the bumper lights as signal lights. I was hoping that the bulb size would be the same so I could just change out the sockets. Does anyone know a better way for me to use the headlight corners as signals?

Thanks

I know a better way but the setup you have and want to have is not street legal. The subject matter in my response is directed towards off-road use only. Just so you know.

First, why not buy another signal light to replace the one that fell off? Check in the vendor forum for OEM parts.

Second, why run a JDM front end when JDM lights are not street legal in the US?

Third, have you even pulled out the bulb and holder from the signal light and corner light to compare? The signal uses huge 1156 bulbs while the corners uses tiny 194 and 168 bulbs. Take a look at them and think for a second. How are you able to swap anything over?

Fourth, if you want the corners to flash with the signal, you have to rewire them. It will get complicated so you need at least a test light, soldering iron, and an FSM.

Fifth, if you want a single filament light bulb to act both as parking light and a signal light, you need to order a product called Magic Flasher. Use Google.

Sixth, if you want the rapid flashing to go away, you need a Libertek flasher relay, a Gregg's Custom Trick Flasher relay from McCoy Motorsports, a Painless Wiring flasher relay, or some other type of relay. Use Google again.
