SR Flickering Lights on my S13

I have a s13 coupe sr20det redtop. Started to drive like i usually do. and my battery and set belt light start to flicker on the gauge cluster. also my radio lights and i notice that my head lights start to dem very slightly but my battery is staying charged. Any ideas on were you might start this diagnosis. After a while this stops and goes away then it comes back there has to be a short or something of this nature....

Problem... Odd electrical behavior in dash, interior lights

Check.... ECU plug may not be tightened all the way down. This causes all kinds of weird different problems. Also check for mis-wired grounds (especially main power and turbo timer wiring) back-feeding power thru the ground system.

Accoding to HT.

I had the same problem before, but only parts of my gauge cluster warning lights would flicker, not the radio. my wire harness under the fender was hanging and rubbing against the tires...just another thing you can look at...good luck
