s13 Quality spacers??

I tried searching but the search was not working...my question is is there any brand of spacer better than anyother or does it not matter?? Also how can i determine what size spacer i need besides trail and error...is there any kind of formula i can use maybe with rim size or offset that i have??

I dont know about brands but bolt on spacers are better "safer" than slip on spacers because they will not comprimise the amount of thread sticking out on your studs.

Yes. You mean to say you've never seen the 30 million spacers they sell on Ebay daily?

not extended studs...just studs prolly 40mm long. you can get eaby spacers, i had to bore 2 sets out to make them fit onto my hubs evenly...it was lame considering i payed almost 200 bones for all 4...i have owned a set of kics, and currently own a set of h&r and i have no quams with either company..but they are pricey

Kics- good quality, need hubcentric rings to actually be hubcentric, ~$130-150 a pair plus ~$35 for the rings if you decide you want them. Available up to 30mm.

H&R- good quality, already hubcentric, ~$70-145. Available up to 25mm.

www.wheeladapter.com- good quality, hubcentric (I believe, I know mine were but I did buy them used and it may have been an option), a bit on the pricey side. Available to whatever your heart desires as far as thickness goes.

Does anyone know if the H&Rs are lighter than the Kics spacers?

I'm a fan of H&R no problems when they were run and they are hubcentric.

Hubcentric spacers are the best way to go IE like H&R, Eibach, etc, although many people run the adapter type setups that are not hubcentric.

everybody talks about hubcentric this and that. but it kind of defeats the purpose if your wheels aren't hubcentric, i.e. aftermarket. the only thing the hubcentric spacers will save is a little load on the studs, that's it. once you put those aftermarket wheels on, you lose the hubcentricness (new word!)

Thats why there are things like hubcentric rings for your aftermarket wheels.

I'd run Hubcentrics if I had a legal department sitting behind me or if I was too stupid to tighten my lug centric wheels in the air.

but I have neither, so I'll say paying 80$ extra bones for two sets of Hubcentric rings is for fags./
