S13 SR20det weird problem

Hey all, 1st time poster. anyway , on my SR, when i get out of VAC and into boost, the car seems like it is laborored and accelerates, but not as fast as it should be. (or so it seems) the revs do not seem to build as quickly when the car is under boost.

And when i begin to lift off the throttle, (throttle still depressed slightly, in VAC not boost) the revs begin to climb at a more accelerated rate then while in boost. My profec spec 2 says a good steady boost and my greddy gauge says a good steady boost too.

Mods.
Redtop SR
Badly slipping clutch (could this be the problem?)
T28
Boost controller (7psi)
exhaust from turbo back
HKS SSQV
walbro 255

if your clutch is slipping, then the revs should go up very fast once u hit boost. But I think u should reword your problem just a bit.

OKay, Well the thing about the clutch is it slips very badly durring high RPM, but arround 2-3K when i begin to build boost the car almost seems labored.

I have boost leak tested my system from the hot pipe. and no leaks to 1.5Bar

Also, i can rev it in neutral and if i rev it pretty high (i think over 5K) jabbing the throttle, it will get out of vacume and the boost gauge will meter very slight boost.

And no i have not pulled codes.
