Buyer beware v. cheapturbo.com

I purchased a gt2871 w/ .64 from this site 1/8/07. Once received, I noticed that my invoice stated that I ordered the .86 ar. Which matched the turbo that was sent to me.

I give cheapturbo.com a call and Ken tells me that it was a mistake on their end between the site and shipping, send it back, we'll make it right and cover shipping. Just put the invoice back in the box and mark it "attn Ken".

So I send this gem back to Arizona through UPS the next day. The turbo was received and signed by "peak" last wednesday.

I get no response to my email, or any confirmation from them that they received it (was hoping to at least have them touch base with me via email)

Upon calling today, I find that Ken has forgotten, and didnt know how to contact me through the ups label. although the invoice with my name, phone, and email were in the box

Now They tell me that I have to spend the 31 dollar shipping they were willing to refund (funny it cost me 46 for the cheapest guaranteed date) with store credit.

I finnaly get Ken to agree to refund the original shipping, but Im still out 15 bucks. Not that Its a big deal, I just wanted to let everybody else out there know who they are dealing with when it comes to

Why did you even get it from then if you going to come on here, bad mouth them and then Reference advirtisiing to another Online store.

Sorry man but Im not taking either side on this, they have gone out of their way several times for me personally.

Would have bought it from tryant had I known at the time. I found this out after it was all said and done. Just trying to relay the shitty customer service. Oh well most of my threads end in failure.
