when the car is crusing in either 2nd or 4th gear , it would pop out into neatrul ....

can anyone tell me what is the cause of this and am I able to fix it ?

sounds like the teeth on some of your synchroizing rings may have lost the 1 or 2 degrees of back taper that they have which help hold the car "in gear".

so there is no fix but to replace the rings ???

i can live with it .
