What I need to know is, what emissions crap should I replace and also what else would be ideal to change while I have the motor out, I tried to search a bit and didn't find too much so any help would be great.

_1st, why would you name off all these companies, reputable ones. then come off talking about an EBay manifold?

upgrade your brake system, spot weld as much as you can. get the paint right, reroute/hide wiring, go for a v-mount setup and play with it as much as you can, go look at some clean chassis' and get your own ideas. .. .
