i have a 91 fastback w/ ka24de its the obd1. i just did a headgasket change the motor turned on before i did the gasket change. well the engine just cranks, but does not turn over, if its struggling for gas. i hear the fuel pump go on. i think that i didnt put back the distributor on right? b/c it seems its not firing right. i hear sometimes some poping. is there someone that can give some help so i can figure it out if its not positioned right or how to set the firing ratio or if is even that.

i'm guessing it's timing. it sounds like your close to getting it started. you might just need to turn the distributor a little.
