I was on the way back from the mall today, i was riding the car hard pretty much the whole day... then i notice that when ever i shift and give it gas, it revvs up then drops.  When i am stopped, and try to go, the car wont go anywhere for a few secs and then it starts moving.  Also, when i left the car, it smelt like ass... I am pretty sure its the clutch, and its gonna need to be replaced, i was just wondering if it might be anything else.

yeah, thanks, about the ass smell, it smells like ass that has been washed already, kinda soapy, so i know all about this "water" thing you are talkin about.  But seriously, it smells bad.  Im gonna replace it ASAP

is the ass smell clutch smoke.... sounds like a slipping clutch... so yea, just replace it.  and might as well get an aftermarket clutch while your at it <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/tounge.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='

as for clutches what would ya'll recommend, i hear the ACT street clutch is nice.... what about SPEC and others?

i just realized when i started the car today just to check things out again that all this is also accomodated by the engine sounding weird, like something is in the front of the engine. what could this be, it definetly isnt the clutch...
