You will be happy with this exhaust. You will make good gains, the silencer can and should be removed for the best sound and power. With the silencer the gains are minimal and sound is not near as good(slightly louder than factory).

ok are you getting &nbsp;n1 singal or duel?if singal the you will lose some low end due to pipeing size lose of back preasure to be accurate if the duel you will love it and no need to silence that thing and you will feel gains in both bottwm and top from what i hear.

well i like the dual better and i ordered mine. &nbsp;with the dual u get mid-range and high-end power with little or no loss of low-end power. &nbsp;with the single it imporoves high-end power. &nbsp;i would spend the extra $$$ and get the dual if i were u.

I was wondering, because the N1 is 1 piece and the only way to ship is by freight... would the N1 Dual be similar (if maybe cheaper) in price because S&H costs are a lot lower? I guess it depends if you were to pick it up or have it shipped, that might work out.

Anyway...what one person likes about a particual exhaust, another won't. I say, go with what you like as well as what you want to hear. I would suggest checking out other websites and information about the exhausts and decide what you want it for... y'know looks/power/etc.

I actually like the appeal of the N1 Duals myself. The fact that they're only made for our cars and the RX-7 make it truly unique. I wanted the N1 Dual myself, until I got a used 5zigen fireball for insanely cheap. Anyway, I just wanted to mention the cost of shipping with the N1... don't let costs decide for you though, like everyone's been saying "You get what you pay for!" &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/biggrin.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

I'd agree with agent and what he said about opinions. So i'll state mine. I disagree with most people on the dual thing. Uniquness.... maybe... but i find n1 dual oversized for our cars... plus the huge tips... just not my type. But from my experiences - it sounds awesome on a turbo car.

Anyways. I'd get myself n1 if it wasn't on every damn car in the neighborhood. So i'm going custom (muuuuch cheaper. Custom 2.5" mandrel bent: $180 <-- gotta have contacts. Muffler - $35 shipped. Total - $215 for an exhaust with a muffler of your choice)

It's not the loss of backpressure, its the loss of exhaust velocity that results in low end power loss..
