this is one of the simpler thing to do, and in all seriousness if you dont feel comfortable with this dont do it. other than that heres the directions:
depending on what engine you have, the plugs are in different places.
on a dohc there right on top
on a sohc there on the side

follow the wires down from the distributer and find the plugs
doing only one plug at a time (thats important because you dont want to mix up wires) pull the wire straight out of the hole.
get a socket wrench, extention, and a spark plug socket
connect them all together and take out a plug and replace with the new one - just snug it! that means about a .5 turn after it stops!
put the wire back in and snap it back in
go on to the next one and when your done go for a ride
