Surprise surprise. I own a hobby shop. Reflex R/C in Houston, TX. PM me if you need anything. We are primarily a full race shop/track, so our stuff is pretty high dollar. If anything I would recommend an RS4 RTR3 if you have no existing equipment. We also recently started selling real car parts and have accounts to get pretty much anything you want. Not our primary business, but something that my partners and most of our customers had in common. PM me if you need anything at all. Advice, prices, etc.

I was thinkin about getting one after all the stuff I need to pay for is paid off. What does a basic setup run? i recommand www.towerhobbies.com the cheapest i can find online so far. the site is pretty newbies rookies friendly.. since they can recommand a setup for you so you can have your little r/c ready to run once you receive it.

There are always a ton of gas and electric cars, trucks, boats, etc on EBAY. But as always with Ebay, buyer beware. Good luck, nitro R/C's can be a bigger pain in the ass then real cars.

The only 180SX body that I know of is made by ABC Hobby. No US distribution. You can easily get an S15 body from HPI Racing.
