turn signals and hazards inop

first off I tried searching this topic before posting, but seems like the search function wasn't working either.

without going into detail I'm just trying to figure out whats wrong with my turn signals and hazard lights, when you turn on either turn signal the correct lights turn on, but DO NOT flash, they simply stay lit. Same is with the hazards, when the button is pressed all lights that should flash just come on and stay on.
I may be overlooking something simple, after wiring from the fuse box to the back of the car I have checked and double checked multiple times, this is merely a last resort to see if anyone has an idea.

I have replaced the relay for the signals, (located on the brake pedal mount) but that did not help.

thanks guys!

well I'm having a friend that is a wiring guru come over and look at it, with all the wiring I've done it's probbly a wiring issue, I guess I'll get him to wire up the 16 feature keyless entry also.

also most flashers have 3 wires, make sure you wired the 3rd one up correctly, most cases ppl ignore it and dont wire it up correctly thus the no blink effect.
