HKS Fan Controller Help!!!!!

Alright guys I got my HKS Fan Controller installed awhile back but now Im noticing some problems. Just wanted to see if anyone else is running into the same problems and how they have been remedied.
-First while driving at a constant speed on a fairly cool day, the temp will rise up to anywhere between 210-220 degrees and of course the fans are on the entire time. My stock temp gauge never rises any higher then it normally does and I know it is not my cooling system because everything is brand new except for the temp sensor itself. Do you think the temp sensor is the culprit behind the temp elevation?
-Second question is that when I apply the brakes or roll my windows up or down the temp on the fan controller will rise about 5-8 degrees as long as the load is on and then the temp drops when the load is off. The temp even fluctuates when my headlights are turned on and off. I know this sounds like a wiring issue but I have gone all throught he wiring on this unit and everything is solder nice and there isnt anywhere for it to short out or bleed through.
-Third and last question is that I used to run the apexi turbo timer. Ever since I installe the fan controller the tt has not worked properly. When the turbo timer is plugged in and I turn the car off, it does the normal 30 second count down. When the car turns off completely, all of a sudden all my accessory lights come back on like my key has been turned to the on position right before you crank the car.

Okay, its an easy fix. My Greddy Fan Controller had this EXACT same issue. To fix it add a few more grounds to the motor. I added 4 and now I have no issues. I don't know why it does this, but my temp. would go up whenever I used anything electrical, headlights, radio, turn on fans, etc.

I had a feeling it might have something to do with the actual ground of the motor and everything. Can you explain a little clearer exactly where you made these extra grounds? Also would a ground strip such as hks or homemade make any difference in this situation? Thanx for the help. Cameron

well, I didn't want to spend the money on a "ground kit" you can make one for $5-10 from autozone, or lowe's. My battery is in the trunk so I just grounded to the chassis. I put 2 on the intake manifold, 1 on a bolt for the fuel rail, and 1 on the back of the head. Try and ground them all in the same location (same bolt). I noticed a difference with just one, but added more just to be safe. Be sure to use fairly large gauge wire, like 10g or bigger.

Please report back. I think this is pretty common, but Greddy pretty much told me to figure it out. They told me they had quite a few inquiries about this problem but have no fix.
