KA24de CAM HELP ME!!!
I am trying to figure out which cam is which. One of the cams has green paint on it and one has yellow paint on it. I need to know which is the intake and which is the exhuast..

^^^ For S13 cams. S14 is opposite.

To determine which is which...with 100% ACCURACY...

Just look at the front of the cams - The INTAKE am has the dowel pin lined up with the #1 lobes (i.e. dowel at 12 o'clock...cam lobes facing directly UP)

Does it matter which one is which?... For S14, they are both 232 cams...

Yeah it does matter cuz if you install your exhaust cam on the intake side without realigning your lobes your gonna have some whacked out durations/valve damage or your car won't start
