Car wont freakin start. KA-T troubles

So i just replaced my o-rings on my injectors, etc, got all the previous fuel leaks fixed. A-ok...so i thought.

Iam running a JWT fuel rail, nismo fpr, and MSD 550cc injectors....and ever since i fixed all this, the car wont start. I replaced the spark plugs ( 2 of them had gas on them ) thinking they were fouled, and once replaced....still nothing. I will turn over, but wont fire, got it to fire a few times, but it was like one cylinder was firing lol ehh....anyone got any ideas? The car was fine, i drove it home from a drift event with a burnet up clutch, and its been parked ever since, now it wont start after i go to replace a small lil o-ring leak...wtf! thanks guys for any help.

I got spark, dont know for sure if the injectors are workin, nor do i really know how to check, if anyone has any info and or ideas, i would appreciate it!

Its getting fuel to the rail, and the fuel pressure is about right as well. Anyone have any idea about the MSD injectors? Could they have dumping problems or what. I think iam getting too much fuel

SO i have pretty much checked everytinhg. Got fuel and spark, timing is right, and....compression is good. It makes like a thump thump tump tump sound when i crank it, then sometimes it will do it a lil after i get done cranking it....what does that sound like? And my fuel pressure is a lil low, is that bad? I set it low to help prevent flooding.
