Pop the blue clamp backwards by using a small flathead screwdriver used for glasses. First loosen it up on the sides, then pop the clamp thing back. Then take a paper clip and sharpen it on the ground or on whatever so that is small enough and fine enough to depin it. The ECU pins are really easy to take out so don't be too intimidated.
