pulling my enthalpy ROM out of my car and there are two single red wires that run into the metal side of my ECU any one know what these are...I unhooked everything else but I cant figure out how to get these off and i dont want to cut them

I cant think of why 2 single wires would be coming out of the ecu. Are they tied into the plug in any way?? you got a pic?
