turbo over-oiling question

Hi guys, just turboed my KA with a t28 and after driving it around for a bit, it became obvious that the turbo was being over-oiled, either that or I have a blown turbo. But I bought the turbo from my friend and it was in good condition because I rode around in his car many times before he sold me the turbo. We pulled off my IC piping and there seemed to be oil in all my piping. I just had a few questions: can over oiling kill the turbo or the engine? Does oil actually get into the throttle body because it seems like it could? I parked the car and after doing some research I ordered an oil flow restrictor that will limit the oil feed line to 50 psi.
Since there is oil inside my piping and maybe even the intercooler, what is the best way to get it out? Is there something I can pour through the pipes/IC to get clean everything out?

It isn't kinked but it's not running straight down either so what I'll do is probably get a 90 degree bend for the oil pan bung and try to run the drain down straight as much as possible.

Ring lands? He said he's got oil in his I/C pipes, not his exhaust.

You're probably gonna fix the cause of the problem by getting that oil restrictor, problem is (like kouki said) you've probably already blown the seals. Yes, too much pressure can kill turbo seals.

To get the oil out of your intercooler and piping, you don't have a whole lot of options. Carb cleaner will be a good start, but anything that you spray in there will leave a residue and fuck with how your car runs for a while after... Carb cleaner will evaporate mostly, but then when the car runs it'll be rich. Then I've seen people light the shit on fire to try to burn the oil, but then you've got this charred mess inside there that your engine is breathing for the next 100 miles - you get the point. I'd clean out as much as you can from the pipes by hand (rags/etc) and leave the rest, it'll burn itself out eventually.

Ive used gas from my lawn mower canister to get oil out of my fmic before. Works and once you drain all the crap out, just let it air dry completely before you slap it back on.

What kind of oil feed line are you running? Do you have an oil resrictor for the oil feed line? T-28's require a resrictor fitting if not using the stock bajo Bolt, otherwise what happens to you happens.
