The package tray is the part where your rear speakers go, above the back seat, just underneath the window. It is carpeted.

I'd prefer one that has no speaker holes in it, but i will also consider one that has speaker holes IF it has the grills to go with it.

Black or charcoal, or whatever looks dark gray is fine.
