Wide fenders / stock kouki skirts

Does anyone have any pictures of aftermarket/custom fenders with stock kouki sideskirts? I have a '98 S14 with jdm kouki front/rear bumpers, sideskirts, and rear valences and I'm contemplating wide fenders but I can't really find any pictures to give me an idea of how it would look.

This is the only one I've found:

If anyone has any insight or other pics (especially of the car in the pic I found), please post up! Thanks!

I rolled the fenders, slightly pulled earlier. Looking for something a little more, but not with 3" sideskirts that make the car even lower.

put that wheel with the toyo on your car

the ones on there look serious bad

buy the wheels first, then get the widebody. if you do it the other way around it will always be sunk.

I'm sorry guys, I didn't ask you to critique my current setup, I asked if anyone had info on a setup I'm looking into. I don't drift and I live in TX and only have 2" of clearance off the front lip that I have on the car right now. If you don't like my wheels, fine... but please don't clutter this thread with garbage.

we are saying

dont even think about doing wide fenders when your shit isnt even rolled

im not sure what you are trying to figure out but if its some fitment issue then i can tell you that the stock sideskirts will still fit with widebody stuff? is that what youre asking?

if you cant handle mild criticism then dont put pictures on a public board

i dont think ive seen any cars with stock sideskirts and widefenders

ps. what does you being in texas have to do with anything

i think everyone who posted in this thread is in texas haha

What this man says isn't garbage, this is how you do it. This is the only right way.

Nice try calling us "Zilvia-ites" to somehow differentiate yourself from us. We're not Zilvia-ites we're GOOD TASTE-ites.

Why the hell do you want wide fenders if you don't want to lower your car or care about fitment???

And I think it will look like ass, but that's because I hate the way OEM Kouki shit looks. And adding wide fenders will well... look stupid. Like that red one looks stupid. Completely un-necessary with those weak wheel sizes and 0 camber. Ugh.

I know that a lot of the S14 guys with JDM front and rear aero want to stick to Kouki side skirts because the aftermarket shit is 'too low', but cmon... Origin Aggressive/VS looks so good compared to oem kouki.

I know it seems backwards, but you really do have to find your wheels and then find out how to make em fit. There are plenty of pic threads with S14 wheels w/gangster/semi-gangster/non-gangster fitment, so you can gauge your testicle size and choose fitment accordingly --- then get fenders if you need em.

To answer your question, it won't look any lamer than it currently does, but aftermarket aero will blend even better into the wide fenders.

Thanks guys, I really appreciate all of your opinions and I'm sorry if I came off a little resistant. I'm setting the car up like I want it, so I can appreciate if it's not what you guys would like. That's fine.

I AM still looking for the info I stated earlier.

Thanks.

(not being sarcastic here)

Haha... I guess I didn't explain that, did I?

The roads I have to drive the car are absolute crap, and like most of the roads in texas, are under construction 24/7. I had the car superlow with superlow (zero offset) wheels and lots of camber before, and I hated driving the car.

I know, I met you at that meet... I was there talking with Stu and a bunch of other guys.

The pic isn't Empower, it's out front of Velocity Performance in Carrollton before they moved out - now it's Matchless Performance.

I think Corpus has worst roads than anything I have seen in DFW area.

I have to agree with the squid... I cant handle how stock side's look unless on a stock body.
