all the kouki taillight center panels that r imported into the states come in black. the center panel and the lower garnish both come in black and only black. some ppl leave them black, and then some ppl get them color-coded to match their car. in japan, iirc, the center panel was color-coded to match the color of the car and had a 180SX decal on it, except for 2 of the colors, but i don't remember what they r. iirc, these taillights started in the '96 production year up until '98.
