Most people still use BC and AD.

Some extremely overly sensitive people got all butthurt about BC and AD saying they were to religious, since they stand for "Before Christ" and "Anno Domini" (Year of our Lord in latin) and wanted them changed... I personally think it's retarded.

it's BCE and CE, since this is the common era. it's used mostly in academic circles. no body else really cares, including me and i'm atheist.
