1) "bills" paycheck, being that the next one would come after late fees have been assessed.
2) House-sat for my aunts all week. They do not drink, I do... I was fucking EXHAUSTED.
3) Got a new external HDD yesterday, been backing all my files up to DVD discs and moving them to it.
4) Started writing a new story the other day, I leave MS word open with it there staring at me, so I an easily log out of ALL messengers or just stop responding to people to chip away at it.
5) Ableton Live 6 is fun, used in the same manner as MS Word in item #4, only music comes out, not literature.
6) a 12-pack of Yuengling is on sale for $7.99 at Food Lion this week, compared to $3 PER BOTTLE in the bar/club... I have always called it "beer math," perhaps others should learn it?
7) if I become THAT hard-up for some trim over the course of the evening, my cell phone bill is paid and in good standing, I can make that happen.
8) I stopped feeling the "OMG, it is Saturday, I MUST go out and do something" thing sometime back earlier in my 20s

....aaaaaand i'm out. an easy way to counter-act "bar math": drink a 40 before you go anywhere (someone else can drive, obviously). that way, you're halfway there before you get to your destination. or, if you're going to a movie, buy a couple 2x4's and stick 'em in your pockets. beats the $7 32 oz cup 'o' beer they sell.
