He said he had a KA24e, that "infamous" issue is a DE problem...
To the original poster; I don't suggest throwing a bunch of snake oils at your engine as if one will magically fix some unseen problem, I suggest proper maintenance, and the use of a Nissan OEM filter, which is among the best, as well as most cost effective when you go ahead and buy several in advance.
