new s14 owner wheels/tires question-searched

Hey, I was in an accident that totaled my s13 and now I picked up a burgundy 95 s14 se. It will be my daily driver and I'm not planning to get coils as I'm not planning to slam the car. I'm thinking about tokico blues or kyb agx's along with either tein s-techs or eibach sportlines. No fender rolling or pulling and don't want to run spacers. Also, the tires need replacing so I'm just planning to upgrade on the wheels all together. Planning to get the mb weapons in 17's all around. My question is what offset and width should I get for the front and rears? Also, gunmetal or bronze? And finally what tires should I be running? I've searched and I THINK this combo will work good on stock fenders /w shocks and springs:

17x8 +28 front -225/45/17
17x9 +27 rear -245/40/17

MOST likely I'll do the gunmetal. But someone let me know what you guys think.
