Yeah, thats not true at all, from what I gather.

Democrat or republican, I think its safe to say that that the congress, judicial and executive branch are ALL tools and couldn't stick to one position if they wanted to.
Schumer, like everyone else, says what he says because of politics and I'm not sure anyone should read much more into it than that. It simply isn't worth your while.

Our system needs a major overhaul.
