haha this is halrious, but who cares if your car can pass emissions or not. Its not going to hurt anything, Green House Effect isn't real buddy. All you liberals care about the trees and squirels more than yourself. Absolutly no trees, or squirels will die if you take off your cat. If i were you I would just go get a test pipe at a muffler shop and get them to put it on. It will give you a good increase in HP too, for sure in a turbo car. The only bad effect will be a bad smell that you won't even be to notice unless you are right at your exhaust. So if I offended anyone sorry, but the enviroment is the least of my concern. Peace.
