Strange sr20 Problem

Hey guys i searched a few key words and couldnt find anything related to my problem so here it goes.

My redtop sr20, smic, hks ssqv, stock boost, 3 inch exhaust, is how it sits.

After sitting for the night ( temps sometimes dip as low as -5 right now where i live) I will start the car up, and it will bog out between 500-1500 rpm for about 5 seconds. It feels like its going to stall, but never has, and after 5-10 seconds it comes up to around 1500 rpm which it stays at for a few minutes before it slowly warms up and goes back to normal.

I have an apex'i EBC, and when driving its reads my boost gets to .50 atm (7psi) And holds steady, so i dont think its a boost leak.

Idling is quiet normal, car sits and idles between 860-930 rpm, all the time.

Also what i find is strange, when the car is bogging immediatly following startup, if i give the engine full throttle, there is NO response, NO throttle response until the engine has figured itself out and corrects this bogging problem (like i said 5 or so seconds after start up.)

If anyone has had this problem before or can shed some light on it, it would be greatly appreciated, because as it gets colder, i can only imagine this getting worse!!
Thanks
Ryan

check you ignition timing and DONT USE THE LOOP in the back of the engine.... mock up a makeshift inductive pickup with a plug wire between coil #1 and the plug in cyl #1

also try checking the TPS signal with a volt meter.... should sweep from around .5v closed to about 4.5v WOT (give or take .1-.2v) your pretty much looking for a random spike in voltage (5v or 0v) anywhere in the sweep

also could be the temp sensor to the ecu?
