Got this from Zeroyon, figured I'd share:

Found out on Tuesday that Okinawa had one Evo X in the Mitsubishi garage in the Urasoe. As soon as I heard that I knew I had to head up there and take a look. So, with my friend in his immaculate Evo VI TME we went up there after work today. My thoughts were quite mixed on it. It's certainly a meaty car, but almost too big IMO and in silver it looked very much like a Lexus or Audi. Black or Red would have been much better. Saying that though, I wouldn't turn one down if I was offered one!

I also got the basic pamphlet brochure that is freely available, and also a more detailed 51-page brochure on it. I think some info like this has been posted before, but if you want me to scan the brochure into a PDF and post it, let me know.

EDIT: And now we have a few brochures for you: the basic brochure that anyone can get, the Ralliart for Evo X pamphlet and the Evo X Accessories pamphlet. If you like these let me know as I could scan in a 50-page booklet brochure if there is demand.

PS: I STILL HATE THE REAR. The front look aggressive but the rear looks like something KIA would do.

the avail exterior colors offered are depressing. that red you see in all the promo pics looks like it belongs camcord. seems like even beige is offered, lol.

Yeah, the 08 Shelby. Well at least to me it looks somewhat similar, that's why I said it looks like it's coming out from the front, or in a somewhat transitional state from evo to stang lol. I guess it's mostly the front grille that says that to me, and being a previous mustang owner.....

RIP. Maybe it will grow on me but I love my buddy's Evo 8.

Since I first laid eyes on the concept I didn't like it. Friend's dad picked up a new lancer and I just don't see how anyone could be attracted to the damn thing. The front end is incredibly pointy and the rear is just ugh... Used Evo 8 or 9 would be so much better.

Favorite Evo to date is the Evo 5

I always liked the EVo 4s rear, dont know why. If they somehow had those triangular tails off the 4 on this car, or atleast something styled similar to it, think it would look alot better. The tail light probably wouldnt look tacky if they just made it regularly boxed and not stupidly angled.

looks like a whole different car, the previous incarnations were a nice and smooth transition from one generation to the next, this has no basis whatsoever. the evolution has become a reinvention.

C&D says its slower then the previous model, LOL

C&D is right. Most evo's are slower than the previous model. I think it peaked around 6. 8 was faster in a straight line but slower around a track than 6. Now this is in stock form. After modified the new ones are almost always faster. it wouldn't surprise me if they develop that car at 450-500HP and then stick that stock engine on delivery. It's still ugly but not as bad as the new STI. Both are still in the land of the suck.
