OK guys - I'm almost out of ideas and need help!

My car won't start.  It normally has problems starting in the morning anyway and takes a few trys to get it to turn over.  But now it won't start at all.

At first, there was no fuel getting to the fuel rails - (we pulled off all the lines) the lines to the rails were dry but there was gas in both ends of the lines from the fuel filter.

This is what I've done - I replaced the fuel pump and the spark plugs  (put in denso iridiums) and charged the battery.  It sounds a LOT better but still wont turn over.    There is fuel getting to the fuel rails now and fuel is squirting out of the lines with the car off.  ( I haven't tried starting the car with the lines not connected to the rail yet)

We checked the electrical connections to the fuel pump.  The two middle wires are working although one is dim but the four outer ones don't light up at all.  (does anyone know which wires do what?)

I have not checked the injectors but am pretty sure they are still good ( I could be wrong???)

I really need to try and get her running. &nbsp; At least to get it to the shop. &nbsp; I only have 10 days to get it registered and smogged and time is ticking....... <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/cry.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

Could it be the MAF sensor? the car wont start if it dosent work. Does it sound like is asking air. My car dident start because the connection to the MAF sensor was corroded and dident make good connection. The shop tried to make me buy a new sensor 200$ only needed to be cleaned and tigth the clips in the plug.
