your shifter is bouncy....what's your car idling at rpm wise? does it feel like it's running on all 4 cylinders?

if you engine and shfter are bouncing, maybe a miss fire, bad inj?
that will effect your idle!
but I am pretty sure a new filter will not do that...its probly a kuwinkydink!

GET A OEM Z23 FILTER FROM AZ! 12$
MUCHO bettero!
pull inj clip off one by one whan its doing it! you'll see nothing changes when your remove inj, then theres your beef...lmk if you need a ka inj!
