Different Speed Gear to worth with 4.6 (or similar) rear ratio?

Ah, this was exactly what I was looking for! I know most domestic companies offered these for their transmission (I have a drawer full of Ford C6 and C4 Automatic speedo gears)....

Now I just need to see which one will work best for my car...it says highest number slows the speedo most....
