ok i know this is asked all the time and its probably annoying.

could i beat a civic SI?

this asshole that graduated last year from my school comes everyday to pick his g/f up in his 2000(i think) civic SI with c/f hood and rims.  he thinks hes a fuckin badass and he revs at me everytime he sees me on the road.  i just wanna race his ass and kill him so his arrogance dies a bit.  btw... he beats his g/f, he spit in her face, and he lit her purse on fire.... just to give you a feel for what kinda asshole ricer this is.

then again,,, i dont wanna lose to him and make him ten times cockier

you probably wouldn't get flames so bad (the flames are coming, trust me), if you actually listed info about your car, mods, how much weight u added with your sound system, etc

u still didn't mention if it's auto or 5speed, is the Si auto or 5speed... a lot depends on the driver too, you could beat him in a 72 pinto if he sucked at driving bad enough and missed a few shifts....

On paper tho, I'd have to agree that answer is probably no.

okay, if u cant drive, thats one thing (not saying u can or cannot) but i mean, i can keep up with my friends GSR, and i dont even have much mods. just simple bolt ons.  now, it all depends, im sure some people can beat that Si...some people cant...I personally would go for it, only because of my prior experience. have confidence in urself...

Just to give you an idea, a friend of mine has an SI.  The only mods he has on it are a cat back, carbon fiber hood, descent rubber and a VAFSC and his best run is a 14.9, don't remember the trap speed though.  He can run a 15.1-15.3 all day long.  Don't race him.  Spend some cash on your ride first, then take him on.  As much as I hate to admit it, if he's at all a descent driver you won't touch him and he'll just laugh at you.  Sorry man, that's just how it goes, for now.........

hey, if you wanna go that route, throw a box of roofing nails, the one's that have a square plate for a head, all the way around his car so he has a real fun time chasing you.  Or (just came as a thought) get that exhuast flame thrower kit from autoloc and just let him pull up behind you and fry the front of his car.  Ooooops!!!!  I've always wanted to do that to some asshole ricers.  I live right next to an army base and every jar head here thinks his chromed out H is fast.  Burn 'em, watch, laugh.  Life would be downhill after that.

One of my friends has an SI. Its quick, but his topend a little sluggish. Ever since he got that car he has turned into a ricer freak. I swear honda's mess with people's minds. Cause he tried to race a camaro SS and a brand new corvette and thought he could beat it at start off. But no need to say he got his ass stomped cause you guys know just as well as I do.

A. This girl is ugly, and this guy is just using her cuz she will do whatever he says and she thinks that he is to good for her.

s14slide Zilvia Addict Join Date: Sep 2002 Location: Nippon Age: 43 Posts: 630 Trader Rating: (0) Feedback Score: 0 reviews	Just to give you an idea, a friend of mine has an SI.  The only mods he has on it are a cat back, carbon fiber hood, descent rubber and a VAFSC and his best run is a 14.9, don't remember the trap speed though.  He can run a 15.1-15.3 all day long.  Don't race him.  Spend some cash on your ride first, then take him on.  As much as I hate to admit it, if he's at all a descent driver you won't touch him and he'll just laugh at you.  Sorry man, that's just how it goes, for now......... __________________ = My day
