Also, will they go down if you apply (VERY) slight pressure to them?

Also, I just thought of this. Try hitting the button that pops them up when the lights are off. Maybe you hit it accidentally when you were driving.

probably right....guess i'll give him my advice just in case...

if the it doesn't sound like the motor is responding when you use the switch...then it's probably your fuse...it's probably the same as my car...mine didn't work and i just bought the fuse from the nissan dealer and asked him how to put it in...and tada! all fixed...

now...if your light won't turn off or go down...then i don't know...

oh...this reminds me...if you do replace the fuse...take out the spring...when you do that...your light will stay up when you want it to...and if you push in and pull out quickly (it won't pop out automatically since you took out the spring)...the lights will stop half way...hencfe the sleepy eyed look...without the kit!!!

Alright, I turned the lights off and i couldnt hear any noise like it was trying to close and i had my bro push down on the lights as I turned them off and nothing happened.... You think that's a fuse? Where would it be located and what exactly is it called? Thanks

Fuse should be in your drivers side kick panel. Also recall there is a button to pop up the headlights and drop them manually. See if that will get them down. Both motors dying simultaneously is unlikely. It's prolly the button, the fuse, or wiring.

omg, I should've read the car manual when I got it cause now it all makes sense. I just accidentally hit it while driving at night and then when I turned them off they stayed up so I automatically assumed that they were broken.... lol. I was gettin mad cause I swear I checked everything and even my auto mechanics teacher didnt see a problem and he knows a lot about cars, just not enough about imports . Well thanks everyone for the help and now I feel like an a$$ for having such a stupid problem .
