Good thing I am a Gunny, I only report to two guys and both of them are on board with it. Pretty cool when your bosses even let you take some time when needed.

WhitGLX - I will be using a rubber insulator around the aluminum bushing. I doubt things are so fragile, that they can be rattled into cracking though. The Bushings are only 1/4 of what will be used to hold that radiator in place.
