would a set of NISMO GT-2 wheels in this size:
front: 17x8JJ +35 and Rear: 17x9JJ +38

Fit my s13?

My car has JIC Magic FLT-A2's, JIC rear upper control arms, and 300zx calipers in the near future..

and what does the "JJ" mean?

It SOUNDS like they should fit with little problem, although I'd pay close attention to the fronts when tightening up the lug nuts... you may have fender/coil rubbing issues. I think the rears should be fine, but just barely. You should have plenty of clearance from the fender (provided you're not running 275s) but may have internal (coilover) issues.  9" is big!
That said, benson (sileightymania) apparently has TE-37 in 17x9 in the rear with low offset (+35 or so, I'd guess) and doesn't look to have too many problems with a 215 tire and HKS coilovers.

maybe he intended to say 225 or 235... anyways... I dont know if this would actually help, but jspec is selling these widebody pieces for the fastback and coupe as well... that supposedly allow 10 inch wide rims in the back. I doubt that would change the fact that they rub the coilovers, but you probably wouldnt have to worry about fender clearance...

haha yes, 215s on a 9" rim. that's the narrowest tire you can fit. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''> These aren't used for auto-X or road race, where you want either a matched or a bulging tire... these are for 'other purposes'.
