When it comes to buying a SR, most people do not recommend the S15 if your planning on upgrades. But what everyone agrees on is.......

DO NOT BUY FROM E-BAY

I don't know much about engines, but that seems kinda pricey. I believe you can get a S14 front clip for a better price and that comes from a reliable source. If you plan to get someone to install it for you that will cost you some extra $$$. I also think its helpful to have extra $$$ on the side either way.

The conversion kit can cost you $3000 -$4000 minus the paint job. You might have a chance at buying everything piece by piece to total up to a cheaper cost. But that requires time and finding a good deal. The one thing I recommend you find before doing any front end conversion are some H1 connectors or a H4->H1 conversion kit(if they make them).

my friend do a SEARCH!

yea, ive seen that damn engine so many damn times, u know how many times its been reposted up on ebay?? around 4 times! y? cuz its expensive and it not totally complete. yea u buy the engine then ull have to buy a clutch. ur juss gitty becuz it has mods on it already. learn before u buy. do a search before u post. if the engine was good i would of bought it already.

all in all my friend, you dont have everything figured out. go back to the drawing board and replan ur stuff. you buy the engine thast 5.8gz you have to buy misc. say up to another 1g..then you have to spend for install which is about 1.5g [depend on where u go]. then you have ur s15 conversion which u dont know nothing about besides how it looks which varies from 2.5-3gz and if you cant do it yourself expect to pay about 800 more bucks. also for the turbo..youll have to buy gauges turbo timer, etc. which can cost up to another 1g. u do the math, i dont think u have things planned as u thought
