What are you guys torquing your top bolts to?

I tried to do it with a shitty elec impact gun, but it wound up just spinning the strut, not actually tightening it. I don't think it needs much.

I did it by hand - tightened it till the point where the strut spun, then put a wrench on the top perch to hold it, and then tighten it maybe 1/4 - 1/2 turn more.
