How much power can a stock KA24E fuel pump out of an 89 support?

I think it's generally considered "safe" up to not much past 200hp.

I ran the 104mph with the stock fuel pump and just 370cc/min injectors, but I wouldn't recommend it.  It works out to about 250rwhp
