when you say td0-5 turbo I assume you are talking about a mitsu 16g turbo?
If so your manifold choices suck. Off the top of my head you can get a jgs manifold because they offer a wide variety of turbo flanges for their manifolds. Most turbo KA manifolds are t3 flanged or T2 flanged. I dont know what you can use for the elbow, or if you have to do a top mount or bottom mount setup because I rarley see 16g turbo's on KA's. If you have a td05 turbo already I would suggest selling it and getting a pulsar gti-r turbo with a T2 flanged manifold. Its cost effective and would put out as much power as a 16g would on a KA. Or if you have the money a nice used AMS GT32 turbo and a T3 flanged manifold.
