SR TPS reading 10v at wot??

On a friend of mines car: Its a NA RWD SR20DE

ok i checked (wht) signal and (blk) ground also battery ground
adjusted so that closed throttle is .49
and wot is 10v

Everywhere i check says it should be a little over 4v wot
half throttle i get 5v though.

i dont think its the sensor because it gradually goes up as i turn the potentiometer...(i think i spelled that right )

also not a faulty ground because the battery ground is the same as the tps ground.

could it be wiring?

there really is no issue normal driving,
as for getting on it, the car pulls easier when i let off the gas a little, lol.
probably because the 5v on half throttle

so i just wanted to check the tps and found 10v wide open
I will borrow another tps to see if it does the same thing

lol I'm surprised no one caught that before Gnnr - if the MAF's getting 12V instead of 5V, nothing would be running correctly. It's probably just the multimeter ~
