SR Need Help With My Sr20de

would anyone happen to know where to purchase header for this motor being inside a RWD drive car?..

i saw it IMPORTS mag from australia. a blue S14 with a N/A SR in it. with header. but i dont seem to find it anywhere. i ask some motorsport shop here in so-cal and even tried E-bay. but no luck

i was thinkin of jst buyin a turbo manifold and downpipe. then jst mickeymouse some brackets and all that so it fits right. so my car would be like

SR20DE 375cc injectors(SR20DET), Greddy turbo Manifold(yes i have it and installed), then the exuast manifold and downpipe..

lolx might as well go turbo..lmao. im jst sayin.. try something new.. pips wonders " I HEAR SR, BUT NO TURBO?" and they get dumbfounded.. lolx

unless someone can help me out =] you guys rock..

n e ways.. thnks in advance.

g'luck with finding one that will fit for you.
I tried ebay aus i think the ones you find are the pacesetter headers. I didnt want to pay for one again to find out if it couldnt fit also

I have a s14 na sr in my 13 chassis had a header (i think fujistubo) for it and it didnt fit, the steering column was just in the way. so i sold it to a guy who had the same motor in a datsun 510 and it fits there.

I am thinking of having a custom one made here soon. depending on costs

but g'luck in finding one that will fit.

buy a cheap header for a ka off of ebay and a mani flange form a fab place. cut the flange off of the ka header and weld the sr flange on it. it works.

^^what he said.

Any headers made for an SRDE will hit the steering column. You could modify the piping on the header, but welding the flange is easier and probably better.

why not just but the headers than bring it to someone who knows what the heall they are doing (in other words someone who does custom turbo manifolds) and i am sure they can get it to fit
