yeah, just seems that sometimes these distributors dont have the funds on hand since they send payment out for the kits as well, so theyre waiting for their refund to issue yours.

in fact, seems to be the same with even local shops.. having to pay shipping for something you buy at a local shop is just obsurd ;-)
