S13's came with what engines?

I am considering buying a s13 and i know they came with different engines the KA  and the CA.  what models came with the Dual Cam Ka,   and what ones had the single cam,  i know the 180 had the CA.  Also what would the stock engines be able to handle in terms of turbo Boost (6-9psi?).  and how good is the Nsport turbo kit.

If your in the US you only get the KA engine...

89-90 KA24E (sohc)   140 HP
91-98 KA24DE (dohc) 155 HP

So all 91 and later came with the DOHC.

yes. 91 and came with the dohc. i hear that 91 had the best cams in it so that might be something to consider if you have a choice.
