sounds like your MAF may have crud built up on the actual sensor wire.
take some throttle body cleaner and spray but dont touch the wire on your Maf.

i cleaned the maf already, dude i tried soo much shit to this car, i ran outta ideas..

cliff notes***
changed spark plugs
new wires
changed CTS,came off old sohc tho?
timing is good,but now its way to high
cleaned maf
sounds like its mis firing?
cleaned TB
